Jim is a Director at The Sargent Consulting Group. He has been integral in securing many of the firm’s largest wins in industries as diverse as Automotive, Construction, Family Law, Healthcare, Logistics, Manufacturing, Real Estate and Utilities. Jim has extensive experience in the fields of business valuation, economic damage calculation, financial investigations, and forensic accounting. He has advised clients and counsel on a wide variety of business valuation issues in diverse contexts such as divorce proceedings, estate and gift taxation, post-acquisition disputes, purchase price allocation, shareholder disputes, and solvency.
