Confronting Insider Risk - Insights from Senior Leadership

Our presenters will be:

Anna Diehl is a Director within PwC’s Fraud Solutions Team. She has almost 20 years of industry experience leading second line of defense financial crime programs, including AML, Fraud, KYC/EDD, and Sanctions. Her experience includes Regulatory Compliance and Exam Remediation, building Investigations and Quality Programs, Enhanced Due Diligence, building Internal Fraud and Insider Threat Oversight Programs, RCSA, and Operational Risk Management.
Anna is Chicago chapter co-president of the ProSight/Risk Management Association, served on the certifications committee of the Merchant Risk Council, and has presented at the Global Anti-Scam Summit. She is a Visiting Professor of Cybersecurity at DeVry University.

Brock Phillips serves as Head of Insider Threat Management and Investigations for TD Bank. In this role he oversees the front-line program for enabling prevention, detection and investigations of internal criminal activity, helping to identify root cause, minimize loss and impact to customers and the business, as well as collaborating with law enforcement to prosecute criminal activity.
Brock has 20+ years of experience executive that specializes in building comprehensive programs to mitigate the risks associated with employee misconduct, particularly building conduct programs that leverage learnings from investigations to strengthen the company control environment.

Shelley Sidaros is Senior Vice President at US Bank, responsible for Enterprise Fraud Governance, Payments Risk Management, Operations Risk Management, Conduct Risk and Operational Loss. The team she leads is responsible for internal fraud monitoring, operational risk analytics, operational loss, and oversight and governance of fraud, payment systems, conduct, and operations risk across U.S. Bank.
Over the past 10 years Shelley has worked within second line operational risk management. She has played a leadership role in designing and implementing U.S. Bank’s approach to managing fraud risk, including internal fraud detection, which has enabled the bank to effectively identify and respond to new and emerging threats. During the past 10 years her responsibilities have expanded to include the Payment Systems Risk, Operations Risk, most recently assuming responsibility for the Operational Loss and Conduct Risk Management teams.
